YJ Polytec is a Korea-founded precision manufacturer operating from a 18,000 m² campus with a 9,600 m² production plant in Sunguvarchatram, Sriperumbudur. We run five integrated divisions under one roof — injection moulding, wire harness, hot plate welding, vibration welding and air cleaner assembly — supplying plastic components and harness assemblies to Korean Tier-1 companies and the OEM supply chains serving Hyundai, Kia and leading electronics brands across India.
Our discipline comes from Korean engineering practice; our advantage comes from building it locally — 410 trained people, 31 injection machines from 120T to 1300T, and an in-house tool room that keeps quality and lead times firmly under our control.
