Production & Quality Engineer

Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu Full-time · On-site 1–4 years Diploma / B.E (Mech / Plastics / EEE)

Join our injection moulding or wire harness teams to help produce zero-defect parts for automobile and electronics OEMs. You'll work hands-on with the production floor and quality systems to keep output consistent and on time.

What you'll do

  • Run and monitor production against quality and output targets.
  • Carry out in-process and final inspection to IATF 16949 standards.
  • Support root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement actions.
  • Maintain process records and material traceability in the ERP.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or B.E in Mechanical, Plastics, EEE or related.
  • 1–4 years in injection moulding, wire harness or auto-component manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and measurement is a plus.
  • A disciplined, detail-first attitude and willingness to learn.
